How to take back your power from the system

I just wanted to share with you some tips on how we as a collective can start to take our power back. We can do protests, we can put our energy into making our voices heard, we can write numerous complaints numerous letters etc but at the end of the day the most powerful thing that we can do right now as a collective is to work on taking the power back for ourselves

How do we do that? The first thing is we learn to grow our own food. Now having tried to do this myself when I was in a house as a single mum in one summer I managed to produce one cucumber, three tomatoes and a radish. I realised this was never going to feed my family but then I realized if I can grow one thing then that is something that I can maybe swap with others you know and then if I join a group of people growing stuff then we can grow more stuff over a shorter period of time and actually be able to provide enough for us so my first tip is learn to grow food whatever sort of food you want, whatever it is because also by doing this what we’re becoming less reliant on the current food chains and food supplies which are potentially and are being affected right now.

Through lockdown, people started to make their own bread from scratch and everything else and I know it’s time consuming. I did a lot of foraging in 2022 and the time it takes to harvest and dry your own herbs can take time.

Everyone should be entitled to water, to food, to a roof over their head. They’re the three basic needs and for me it’s like try and keep the roof over your head and food, for me they’re the basics anything else you know. A friend of mine didn’t pay a water bill for seven years and she still had water.

The other way is to take control of your mind. The government/system want us to live in fear, they want us to live in a state of anger because when you’re coming from a place of fear or anger it’s really low vibration. It’s like you feel really unproductive, you don’t feel motivated, you feel stressed, you feel anxious and it’s really difficult when you’re in that space. Take back that power for yourself and be able to stand strong enough in yourself. Switch off social media and the news. Learn to meditate, journal do things that you love you know ,putting on some amazing songs like for me there’s been some amazing music videos here on Tik Tok that I absolutely love and I’ve heard the song and then it’s like on my speaker full blast in the caravan in the morning and that for me lifts my vibration. Sing. Doing these sort of things will start to take you out of that place of fear and when you start to raise your vibration then you notice that a lot of the things that are starting to cause you stress anxiety etc this they feel different it feels a bit easier to manage and to handle so taking control of your thoughts is something that the government doesn’t want you to do. They don’t want you to think for yourself, they don’t want you to trust your intuition. You deserve to be free and by learning and starting to do things individually for yourself and not looking for an external other to come and save you will have a massive massive impact not only for yourself but for others around you as well. When people start to see what you’re doing and that you can do it then others will start to come along as well.
