For those of you who have followed me for a while you may know how passionate I am about women using their voices and sharing their voices.Â
When myself and Estelle Keeber found out it was #useyourvoiceday on April 16th we came up with an idea. Read on to find out How to get involved.
The 16th April is National Use Your Voice day.
There are so many ways that we can spread messages of positivity, connection, love and support through using our voices. For so many social media can be a negative and toxic place and so for one day we want to shout about all of the incredible people who are are there using their voices to make positive change. So what ever it is that YOU use your voice for we want to know.
What’s important to you?
What  are you passionate about?
Who do you support or empower?
Who do you want to encourage?
What message do you want to share?
To get involved in this amazing movement of inspiration, connection and power of voice simply record a 10 second video starting with your name followed by… I use my voice to and then add your own spin to the end.
Use the hashtag #IUseMyVoiceTo and tag @estellekeeberofficial and @lindsaybanks_templewoman
We would love to include as many videos as possible on our own wall of fame on the day so please feel free to send them to use prior to Use your Voice day via email to info@immortalmonkey.com
Videos are to be recorded in portrait orientation and no longer than 12 seconds.
| How to get into the media using the campaign So how does this get your business seen? Well…you are a business owner with a product or service…you are supporting a campaign that helps others to find the confidence to use their voice and be heard…this is something to be proud of AND something your local press will be interested in…why not drop them an email and let them know you are getting involved with a campaign that has also been featured on BBC Leicester…the more people we get involved the more press attention the campaign will get…and in return the more opportunities for you to shout about your business! Simply download the image below, add a gorgeous picture of you and share to your socials…on the day simply share your video as directed !Everyone who gets involved will also get a personal mention on our stories! |
